Pursuant to the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April, 2016 on the protection of natural persons and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, you are informed of the following in regard to the processing of your personal data:

The data that you provide us with will be processed and included in the archives owned by Gallega de Distribuidores de Alimentación S.A. (GADISA) to manage your job application and carry out any actions needed for the recruitment of personnel in group ompanies. GADISA is legitimised to process this data by the consent that you expressly give with your application, which can be withdrawn at any time.

The data categories are:

  • Personal data: name, surname, e-mail, image, language, identification document (ID or passport number, social security number, etc.) and/or other data provided in your CV, such as date of birth, gender, etc.
  • Contact information: address, and telephone and mobile numbers.

  • Academic Record

You are also informed that your data will be communicated to other GADISA Group companies for recruitment purposes.  We will process your data as long as you do not express your intention to withdraw consent and your application is kept up-to-date. Accounts that are inactive for a period of two years will be removed from the system.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, deletion or opposition to the processing or transfer of your data in writing by:

In both cases with the reference: “Data Protection Employment”, through a letter signed for this purpose and attaching a photocopy of your ID.
